does any one know a programm that can convert 3d model files such as:- *.iges *.vrml *medusa model file *sterio lithography file *parasolid transmit file into a format such as:- .xsi .blend .obj and then once i have thse files howe to get them into hammer.

i just realised that xsi can import .iges files but when i try i just cant work out how... i get i file menu come up to select the .iges file i want to import i select the one i want then i get this and i just dont know what to do...
