than why not he or plasma nades ok plasma nades could make the scout nades obsolete but why not for every tech?
good suggestion- for rifleman right? anyway, yeah i agree with this. it should do at least the same damage as a bio missile shot does (i.e, one hit will kill infantry, just as one normal grenade can kill infantry except much faster, and also normal grenades can damage structures)
Yeah, it's a great idea...until you are the sorry chap whose only spawn point is a barracks full of poison gas. :p I think that if you go that route, part of the results of the research into biological should be gas masks that you automatically put on after 5-10 seconds, thus limiting the immediate, if not the lingering, damage. As a secondary handicap, they would also somewhat limit your vision.
What i got from this thread is that the bio nade would be a nade that like a frag but instead of shrapnil it throughs out a bunch of tiny micro organisms. List of nades and its cannon/arti counter part; Sismic: ranged arti sticky stun: plasma rifle stand: stand cannon/HE conc: n/a real life flashbang smoke:n/a sticky: HE bio: bio weaps(not in yet only suggested)
