Damage on vehicles penetrating the armour and hitting the hull. What's the point of good driving skill by rotating your vehicle if people can just hit any side until your hull dies? It'd be fine if there was 1 specific weapon that could penetrate, but doesn't make sense for every weapon to do it - it makes the game far less fun.
