    I just leave my bittorrent client running when I'm not actively using my Interwebs ( := playing something online where latency counts).

    I got a flatrate after all and some poor sods will be happy for that additional download speed. :)

    I'm at 13 right now (well, 12.579) i don't know how magical torrents work, i just leave it on all the time.

    Unfortunately my ISP would probably send a lawyer to my home to cut my balls off if I had an upload that huge in such a short time. They've capped me before and won't hesitate to do it again, so I must be careful when P2P'ing.

    Time Warner and Cablevision are not servicing the same areas where I live. THey pretty much divvied up the city and neither one will move onto the other's turf. Verizion will get my business the second FIOS is available in my area.
