it looks like this animal it also looks unpolished and not spacy enough in my personal opinion why not add more streamline?

I think it looks a little too futuristic. Its supposed to be cold war era/style is it not? The rotors would have to be bigger to carry the weight as well. There is also some wierd things going on that I cant put my finger on it. is it smoothing isues or overuse of poly's? i dont know? What is its poly count? I was thinking of making a gunship using downward jets like the Harrier jump jet uses, but im thinking that is too much as well, or is it not ?
I'm not trying to be mean, but this seriously looks like a bad HL2 concept. It does not fit Empires at all. http://forums.empiresmod.com/showpost.php?p=161734&postcount=7 Look at the StingRay, the first pic. That's NF's transport. Thats the basic tech used for the aircraft. BE has improved versions of the same tech, use that as a start point. And if you model any weapons onto it, don't model them in a way that makes it hard to remove them later. The chances of transports having weapons is insanely low, the devs want a team to need to escort their transports into enemy territory.
It's quite obviously a cthulhu spawn. The model looks too much like the existing models, specifically the NF models. BE need a different theme.
