Has anyone been arrested and placed in jail before? Anyone know how bail bonds work? Being an asian in jail is tough.. since being the minority in jail is bad. Jail is mostly black, mexican, white... rarely see asians in it. Getting ganged up and singled out just because of nationality. The charge is "entering with the intent to steal" california penal code 459, no not pedo related. 20,000 US dollar for bail bond. What are the options? Seems rather hard to fight a theft charge in court. One would have better luck killing a baby and arguing it off in court (casey anthony). Is being charged with theft = doom? Getting a felony or even misdemeanor is rather terrible on the record, but its probably better than being a registered sex offender. Having a record in the system is bad :< help!

Also, just to clarify for everyone, "Jail" is where you are incarcerated for under a year, like where Flasche went for his hippie demonstration or where Alucard's buddy is at the moment. "Prison" is where you are incarcerated for more than a year.
There are only to places that matter when you are held against your will... places that hold your ass so that it can be used and places that hold your ass so that others don't have to see it. lol its over. the person i knew admitted it to the cops. what a dumbass. you never admit to anything to the cops, even if you did do it. she got arrested along with her friend. people these days are more ignorant and stupid than they were before. they dont know their rights and the law.. they just know the latest justin beiber song or what clothing kim kardhasian is wearing.
county is pretty chilled don't sweat it too much. Bail is 10% of your cost so it'd be 2 grand. thats all I know
