These powerups are ONLY ever used when there's an excess of points. Here's some suggestions: Armor: 20% is too weak for 4 squad points. Make it 50% at least please Damage: 50% increase in dmg.
Agreed...riflemen squad leaders are next2 useless. Though armor doesn't need to be as high..maybe 35% or something. Damage is good though, considering it doesn't take that many shots to kill anyways.
I mostly use armor when I'm rifleman on escort (or other flag maps). It gives you some advantage, if you fight with your HMG against another guy with also HMG. And because I think that I'm the only one who acutally uses this squad power a hugh buff will give me many more kills But I would prefer to increase the time. Maybe 3x or 4x of the current time. So your squad has the chance to go in position and use this squad power. And damage need a hugh buff. Right now nobody is wasting squad point for damage if he can have arty strikes. So I would buff damage to 100%. But only RPG should gain the buff.
anything in this mod that is never used needs to be buffed every patch, patch after patch, until people start using some of this stuff.

I use jeeps all the time, I crush those puny infantry with my 55 and 65 res jeeps well, they could use a buff
