Note to all that don't read what the plugin actually is; it's an anti music spam plugin. I, however, endorse the use of the ghostbusters theme tune for uplifting morale.
I think it works for any micspamming (e.g. someone just yelling into the mic). Though it looks like it was specifically made to combat HLDJ/HLSS micspamming.
If you like music while you play there are a bunch of programs that play music for you. I know, shocking. I just heard about it yesterday. MP3s?! Something like that. Dunno.
I've actually tried to use this in TF2, but it doesnt' always work. Works great against people playing back music or taunts through a soundboard of any kind. But sometimes catches people micspamming (People talking for mins on end holding the mic button down and yelling excessivly into the mic) so it sometimes catches verbal but damn near catches all music spammers
anti-micspam plugin? simply fix the mute function, so that it works always, not only sometimes. most of the time i turn voice communication completly off, because mute doesnt work (which is not very good for teamplay).
