The mere mentioning of Hitler doesn't offend me, and shouldn't anyone else. Just because you don't LIKE to see it doesn't mean it offends you, and even if something offends you, who cares?

Like chris says is: It's an advertisement. EA however limits your game install to 3, then you have to pay for a call to them to get more installs (if it's possible ofc).
It's a pretty bad joke though. If anyone ever compared me to Hitler IRL I'd punch them in the face. Hitler isn't a funny topic.
Why does everyone put the blame solely on Hitler? Hitler was more of a elitist who wanted Germany to be a huge nation state while it was actually Himmler that came up with the final solution. Hitler wanted to transport all the Jews to Madagascar, but WW2 got in the way, so he told Himmler to get rid of the Jews. If other countries had cared to take the Jews in, Hitler would have shipped them off, but other countries didn't want the economic burden
You can "de-auth" computers as well. Doesn't help if you have a massive hard drive failure, but it helps when you willingly format a PC...like I will have to do when I move from Win7 build 7000 to the RC build (which entails a format.)
And by extension, probably every single person in the world in the 1930's and 1940's was a Nazi. And because we still make racial slurs and laugh at SNL sketches we are all probably racist and neo-Nazis. People are all the same and have their own prejudices. Its when we act on them that we start to cross the line.
You basical said that its the fault of the surounding countrys that the jews died. That is an argument (they use the same sentence btw), that was and is used by many neo nazi organisations all around the world. I dont have any problem with the advertismen, I actually think its funny. But I dont think its funny to say that its the jews own fault cause no other country wanted them... I actually think you are not aware what you are talking about.
