How will the controls on aircraft work?

Ive got an old joystick somewhere, should I bother finding it?

Or will the controls be something very simple and watered down?

What's wrong with WADS and the mouse?

Just take a leaf out of Battlestations: Midways book. Everything is controlled in roughly the same way. Makes Sense.

There is support for a joystick, it'll be your standard 6dof controls

The current joystick controls seem to be the same as the ones in Quake1 (and possibly doom).

I wonder if the devs will work on improving it.

I believe Krenzo modeled the flying after the simulator Falcon 4.0, if that's what you're asking about.

    I hope it's like BF2. WASD + Arrow keys.
