Add the squad selection screen to the startup screens

Add the squad selection screen to the startup screens.
(This suggestion is so evident, that there must be a previous post for this. If someone find it, then post the link)

Order could look like this:
Faction selection
Class selection
Squad selection
Commander vote

Pro
- Don't have to post always "SQUAD UP TEAM"

Con
- One more screen at startup

Yeah, a simple drop-down box in the top-left of the Skill-Select menu (located on the exact opposite of the General/Class-specific skills) where you select a squad, hitting the Accept button (where it is normally) auto-joins you into the squad.

The Drop-Down bawx will automatically switch to the next available squad, so if Alpha has 5, then it'll go to Bravo.
