    I think it is quite neat. Took me longer then I expected to implement. Small things are often quite tricky (in b4 thats what she said).

    Can you make these icons appear above players heads? Then it would be easier to see who's who and communicate.

    Yes :) Not at all times mind you, only when you have LoS with a player. And friendly only OFC.

    can you also add a checkbox somewhere to turn the steam avatar off again? since i dont know each and everyones steam avatar, the text gives me way more information and i dont give much about other peoples avatars - usually they are some anime/manga crap anyway ...

    apart from that, nice feature :|ove:

    Yea it won't be useful for everyone, but for those that you play with a lot, you'll come to know their avatar, and it's a lot easier than aiming at them to get a name. And you'll probably come to know your squad mates avatars after a few minutes, unless you have a bad memory.

    I dont really see why you would need to see someones location above their head, since if you can see their name above their head you are close enough to be in the same grid square.

    And if you dont know where you are....well then you just kinda fail.

    Keef, lolwut? If you're talking about what brutos did, those are the new voice indicators at the side of the screen. If you're talking about what I said, I mean ONLY the steam avatar.

    The steam avatars are in since 2.25b, only class and location are new ...

    Also, could you make it so that the players ride pink ponies and have a rainbow come out of their rear? Thanks!

    and i wasnt talking about avatars above the heads of ppl but about avatars on the talk thingy. if we get avatars above players heads, then please with checkbox to turn it off too ...

    i dont care about ppls avatars, they are irrelevant. i call ppl by names and not by the description of some picture.

    It is faster to recognize Tricksters AK Cat then read his whole name. This works for most people you play often with.

    I hope those icons make the squad gui not bigger cause half the screen is alread used by the gui when I play on my laptop :(
