6 vs 6 Tourny May 17th

Just so you know, I know next to nothing about this. I am literally just guessing until Teef wakes up/visits the forums.

What I do know is that the matches will (probably) be on the Viper scrim server because Vicki was kind enough to offer it so I assume they will not be simultaneous.

 

Err, maybe Destroyer will form a team of EPIC w/o me and YouzY Nihia.

 

I'll get an Epic squad togheter if we can do this at a more reasonable time.

 

And that's saying something, since the clan almost doesn't official exist any more :eek:

If the time stays the same it's smarter to ask Vicky to do it since only Americans will play.

On a different note, I'll most likely try to get a pug going in the coming weeks.

To be honest, I wanted to make a whole long thread about it before, but...I guess I'm over that for now.

 

Primarily, CW was more orientated towards teaching new players and fair play, rather than scrims. That's what I meant in my first line.

 

I though it was about nebajoth and daruck discussing random things over irc.

 

Woah, I stated the rules in the first post.

Best of 3, crossroads.

There will be 3 rounds provided the first two end in ties, and the players will switch sides. If both side wins 1-1, then the tie breaker which is the 3rd round will commence.

Its fucking 6 people, under no circumstance is there a map best suited for 6 people that isn't shit strict.

We will be using viper, if the Epic server owners agree we can hold the first round simultaneously for all 4 teams.
Two teams on Viper and two teams on Epic.

If they decide not to, then the tourney will take longer and contain entirely on viper.
In this case, the loser cup will be played before the champ cup.

There was also a custom that was really good for a low population, but one of the bases in a not-quite great place. You know the one, where you had to cross the water to cap the middle sorta forty place. Bleh. I dunno.

Hi, there is a game called empires.

You can download this game on steam, there are two factions Brenodi Empire and The Northern Faction.

You can JOIN either side during the game, and people like to SWITCH SIDES after matches to enjoy different perspectives on maps.

Seeing as it's best of three I guess who plays which side DOESN'T MATTER because you end up switching sides after EACH ROUND.

It's usually a bad idea to make a thread trying to get people to play in your scrim/tournament/poorlylaidoutshitfestthatwillflop if you start insulting participants about their opinions on the first page.

Especially when they're correct.
