As the title says, I can't seem to start a download with the 28.1 hotfix. I tried other files, like the trailer and other patches, and they download fine. But not the hotfix.....

I've had trouble downloading that patch yesterday as well. The download speed would come to a crawl often and even abotred a few times. I figured that was because everyone was downloading it at the same time and thought I'd try again tonight.
