[2.41] Update health regen description

I think the description for health regen says it recovers 2 health per second or 1 health every 2 seconds.

 

Fixed, Someone please check candles is correct.

HP regen is supposed to be 2/2 sec.

Why isn't it?

 

I didnt have time to check myself, just took candles word for it and updated the scripts accordingly, can someone confirm?

 

Let me check again, my timing might've been off.

EDIT: Terribly sorry about that, my timing was off. It actually is 2/2, not 2/3. Either way, the description needed to be updated anyway because the current one says it's 2/1.

 

It actually says 2/sec in the script file. I've revised it to 1/sec.

Need someone to confirm change is correct as I'm unable to check myself.
