So I'm getting straight to the point; When I turn on the game it starts up normally, but I cannot see the menu options. when I mouse over them I can hear the noises, I also cannot see the find servers menu when I try to click where I think it is. All of the other menus appear normally, so essentially I cant really play the game.
I used to have this problem back on sdk base 2006 games. Right click on empires, properties, launch options. Then type (without quotation marks) "-windowed -noborder". If it sits in the middle of your screen then increase the game resolution so it's fullscreen again. It should help.
