Yes. More ammos for the scout! Also, make the weapons for the scout slightly more effective. HMG SHOULD have ironsights too imo. The shotgun-pistol is fine however.
In b4 dizzyone announces that posting in this thread nullifies your chances of being accepted into the new tester group. As for the HMG, IS seem logical, but on the other hand, you're already using it only while prone, it already is pretty accurate for an MG and you already have problems with moving away quickly afte rfiring because of stamina drain. The shotgun pistol I have nothing against, especially since the 2.22 where the BE autopistol is equally good at point blank range. Also, I've never been instakilled with a shotty pistol, but I guess it's incredibly hard to hit a head with it.
Well one of my big gripes with the shotty pistol is the upcoming scout shotgun. Shotty pistol acts as what the hopefull shotgun should, so when its released there pistol would in no way 1 hit ko With HMG it tears apart an entire squad in 2 seconds flat, the whole point of the new weapon system was to bring about team work from what I remember. Ive been absolutely murdered by that thing along with my squad, and they are usually well above the user in skill I also think the 3rd thing was the NF long range AR, seems like its damage falloff is not enough. its a 3 shot kill at any range
HMG is retarted since you can't kill them in the time it takes them to prone then they just rape you with their mouse1 rape. also i'm so fucking hung over wtf are you doing up still comujism.
HMG is good as a close range defensive weapon, if you're setup and waiting I can't imagine why you wouldn't get at least three kills, although I would like an ironsights for it which makes it more bursty but longer ranged. Shotty pistol is fine IMO, it's not as if it's overpowered, yes it kills in one shot at close range but that's all it does, it would be useless if it didn't because it has no other purpose, if you stop it 1 shotting you need to get rid of the delay between shots. However that said, if you wanted to make the weapons more brightly coloured to make them more gay, that would be great.
SHOTTY: Shotty kills in one shot as fast as you hit the mouse button. Its not very hard to kill 2 people with the shotty when you ambush. I mean its even possible to kill someone (you will need both bullets but nontheless) while bunnyhopping. Try the same with the BE Autopistol... Shotty (especially with accuracy upgrade) is the best close range weapon ingame (if you can aim ofcourse). Nothing can beat a shotty in close quarter combat cause every rifle or smg cant kill fast enough to take the guy with the shotty pistol down bevor he kills you. I play grenadier alot and since we have the 2.2 shotty (and yes I know that it was modified in the last patch) 2/3 of my kills are from that gun. I often dont want to go BE cause theres no shotty pistol. The autopistol is totaly crap imo cause you cant even take down one guy on the move with one magazine while you can kill 2 with the shotty. Those close range weapons need to be usefull while you move and the autopistol is useless if you dont stand still and even than its not likley that you kill someone bevor he kills you. The shotty acts like a close range mortar that doesnt force you to duck and you have 2 trys to kill someone. HMG: I think forced ironsight aka tunnelvision might help cause you wont be able to overlook the whole map anymore. NF heavy rifle: Imo the NFHR is the best rifle out of the 4 ingame. Its the only rifle that is usefull while standing. You can use it like the pistol in 2.1 in close combat. Yeah half of your bullets wont hit but the high damage compensates for that. The BeCarbine cant kill fast at long range because you wont be able to hit with the whole burst. The NFHR hits with every bullet (i assume the player is good at aiming ) Because you need so many bullets to kill someone with the Becar the NFHR has more ammo too. The messed up aim if someone hits you is only at medium range a problem imo.
Just a quick note the HMG does not have Iron Sights made for, or at least that's what I've been told. I agree with the longer range burst concept in IS view but alas it is not possible ATM. Also if you are pinned down by MG fire I suggest flanking, grenades, tanks, arty, mortars, and not being drunk.
Yeah and now that the other weapons are weak they can prone and start raping you before you can kill them sometimes. Even worse when there is a group of people everyone else is jumping around reloading their pea shooters and the HMG is just skull fucking the shit out of everyone.
I played a game today where I asked for dead grens to join my squad and all I got were retarded riflemen.
There are my two gripes, it takes the soldier half a second to prone then in 1/10th a second your dead. Talk about accuracy, the sheer number of bullets it puts out negates any accuracy penalty they are given. Im killed more at range from HMG than carbine/NF heavy rifle
you'll still be firing 20, 30 shots to kill somebody you'd be better off getting melee upgrade and killing people that way
Chaingun seems overpowered now. Seems like hit detection got a boost and its just an absolute rape factory even at distance.
