1.071 can't change class when spawning in vehicle

I saw it many times today. Before the normal match when we were testing some things we took APC (I was in it) and rushed to the enemy base. I planned to change class to rifleman after getting killed but I couldn't do that. Not sure if selecting APC as spawn points makes it like that or it's being in vehicle or previously spawning in APC. I could get to the menu, change class (choose it), click ok. But when I pressed "B" again I saw previous class (not rifleman).

It's important bug for any kind of APC attack.

 

ive seen it before, but it doesnt happen all the time. ive only seen in slaughtered though.

 

I thought you weren't supposed to be able to change class in an APC?

 

I think it was changed after people complained how people could change class in apc's.

 

Is that bad? If I want to change class and I sacrifice one ticket I should be able to at least change the class. It's obvious to me that you should be able to spawn with new class in any of spawn points.

 

you arnt suposed to changes class in a an apc like you can in an armory, with b, but if you change class after you die you are supposed to spawn as your new class in an apc.

 

That's exactly what he's talking about. He says that after he died, he wanted to become a rifleman, but it wouldn't let him.

 

Yep, that didn't work. I'm not exactly sure if I was changing while being alive or dead.
