You may have noticed a few new buttons around the forum posts, this is a result of me gradually updating the theme's custom templates to use vBulletin 3.6.9 code rather than them using 3.5.4 based code... The multi-quote and quick reply to post buttons are now working.
Updates to forums, posted in Off Topic? Man, do you even understand how categories work on these forums? Clearly this belongs in Suggestions. (Thanks for all the work you put into keeping this up and running.)
Was wondering, cool stuff though. Multi quotes are something I'd like, opening multiple quote windows is a pain to deal with. I've posted 3000 times already? Crap.
I love how Cyberkiller waited with this feature until he had over 1000 posts. Edit: Oh wait, a quick button for infracting people! This is the best day ever!
I didn't think it was that important so I posted it here, plus all threads in the news forum get automatically displayed in the empires mod main menu in game (I made it do that because people kept forgetting to update it). I didn't notice I had 1000 posts lol. I wonder why krenzo disabled post counts there in the first place?
I am glad I will never reach "Withered Veteran" at 4000 posts. I found when he disabled it lol: http://forums.empiresmod.com/showpost.php?p=18033&postcount=31 Maybe I should change the post count display to show a negative number for everyone.
Let's see how it goes, we could need some more activity on the forum. Spammers will be handled by our splendid mod team.
It Works! Multi quotes are working now. (It even works when changing page numbers!) To use it click the little Q+ button for each post you want to quote then when you get to the last post you want to quote, click the quote button. :D
Ok so it wasn't me, I thought I hit some button by accident that made text bigger. Hmmm, I do kinda like it smaller but really this just means a bit more scrolling so not a big deal.
Was too small for some people to read after I updated the templates even though I hadn't changed the font size or anything to do with it. It's now the same size as the vBulletin default theme. It did look nicer smaller though, it's this font that's too fat, I should change it. Edit: Changed the font.
I'll live with the complicated mobile viewing until a better solution is found, just promise to not take over a year.
