Why do we give these people any attention, only 1 out of 10 seem to sign up for the fourms stick around and keep playing

Hmm..Wounder why people wouldn't want to keep working on Empires.
To be honest I knew it wouldn't be long before he quit. He is young, still in school, and not much experience. He kind of had a lot thrown on him.

I kind of wish ImSpartacus could be put back on scripts. He never got to reach what he was aiming at. Spike doing scripts is a bad idea..Deep down we all know this. There is Spike then there is Spike with a few too many drinks in him.Both will be handling scripts. How long until we see the rainbow unicorn weapons?

I also think if Candles is quitting. Since Trickster isn't around much anymore maybe Empty or Angry should be put as lead developer. To maybe recruit a fresh team. Reason I say Empty or Angry is they have been around for ever and are still active in the community.

We have people here that can code, model, and do pretty much every thing needed. Empires will go on like it always has. Every time some one quits people cry like it's the end of the world. But for every coder that quits it seems like there are 2 more ready to take their place. Might not be the best option but JGF has more years of experience with coding then most people here have been alive. (Teef time to hop on a new dick)

Theres been like 4 vocal (read mic spamming) people who kept making their displeasure with current state of affairs known all the time in spec, at least at one point even forcibly switching to alltalk. Overall felt kinda like a political smear campaign than anything else.

 

3 people complained about good changes and they are the worst players and for some reason candles sees it as the entire community

Quite honestly there was so much shitalking in spec during the last week it made my ears bleed.

Security actually did on the second map. Thats to say, hes pretty much the only legitimate admin left around anyway.

Doubtful its the whole picture ,seeing as when i asked him about it, he laughed it off.

Candles is a top sport, just thank him for putting in so much effort and get on and play and have some fun.

Biggest problem is that the loudest voices that have been around the longest are somehow revered. If you listen to anyone it should be the people who have played for 10 hous.

For all of teefs faults, he never wanted to do scripts and there is/was/will be a communication failure between players and devs.
