What hygienic rules kill parasites? The only ones I can think of are thoroughly cooked and radiation.
cleaning your workplace before you process the next animal and wearing protection so that workers dont contaminate the meat, maybe? also refridgeration ...
Who cares about the roots, everyone has his favorites and doesn't give a fuck about "original" pizza.
Original is some greek who had no clue what to do with his bread and tried some stuff to make it tastefull, As for "Bianca Pizza", pizza has it's roots in greek, greeks didn't speak italian or roman. I never stated that they were using tomatos, as tomatos are from south america and the greeks hardly had any idea there was another continent. But that aside, the first modern pizza had tomatos on it and was called "napolitan pie" Stop being a dumbass, I replied to your opinion on food elitism based on your own tastes "That being said you shouldnt be talking about your likes and dislikes of food because you have no expertise or even basic knowledge of it." since this is a pizza thread.
It's important to know the roots so you can define what makes it a pizza. Kane needed to know that pizza doesn't consist of throwing everything onto bread that is avaible in his kitchen.
What the greeks and turks had was not pizza just an ancestor that contributed to the original roman pizza. (Which had no meat and clearly was not about mixing all your avaible stuff in your kitchen on it) It's not soo much about my personal knowledge of food but rather the obvious lack of knowledge of food in this thread. People like candles prove me right. I pointed out sea food because it has a tendency to seperate people who know food from those who have the taste of stereotypical Americans. As for Germans, Polish, Czechs and Brittish people they are known for their alcohol not their food. German food is fucking weak. We need to talk about actual food. Pizza leaves the door open to people who eat stuff that is edible not food.
Uhhh, my cheese it smells! I like French television, French food, the French countryside, but for some reason every real French person I meet is acting like an asshole. How come?
Nah, greeks had "pita", bread with olive oil, herbs and cheese. The romans adjusted it by leaving the cheese out and adding salt, which was, given the time, quite an exquisite spice, yet not calling it pizza while cheese was added to later pizza "inventions" is quite the feat... Pizza was more or less the roman equivalence of a sandwich, bread with stuff on it, just that the stuff were added before baking.
Bianca Pizza is similar to late roman pizzas. Basicly Romans made pizzas and the original pizzas. Italians added Cheese and started calling it pizza. The Greeks Inspired the Romans. The romans invented most of it. The Italians added cheese and coined the name Pizza. The romans are pretty much the same people as the italians just ancestors for the most part. Greeks get little credit because their pita influenced other stuff and is used in other ways.
I might be an asshole but it's not because I'm french. Your Cuisine is shit when you're renowned for sausages.
