A 6 month ban is quite a lot of time, just for having the vehicle in the wrong place at the wrong time and we can not trust any evidence geekboy gives us because he is a complete retard. Even if hobbes had many past bans, it could be because MEG and VIPER always seem to have some kind of problem with each other, and older players from 2009 or 2010 from when MEG first started still don't respect them. +shandy is a huge dick and attention whore.

Tbh, administrating can be personal for the people who own the server, they pay for it, they're allowed as much favouritism and prejudice as they like. If it's a non-owner who isn't objective then that's grounds for a report, and then it's up to the owners if they care. But it's not a democracy, because the server owners run the servers out of their own pocket.

 

Exactly but then doing so would contradict past claims they have made about how they manage their servers. But the issue has been resolved so it's pointless to talk about it further.

If a server is run in a way the community dislikes, the server will die, form a vacuum and a new server will take its place. Rinse, repeat until a server is run well.

(Well being subjective, since it's only run well if the community thinks it's run well, thats why VIPER is always full, because the retards only want to play escort and district 24/7, and don't fucking realize that the stock maps are more interesting, fun and just plain better.)
