The true shot pistol, the one I made, is alot bigger and beefier, it looks like its gona hurt you, but Duke threw it away and made that silly thing instead.
They look good, the only thing is that the Sniper's crosshair seems a little off-centered, dont know if it was made like that or what.
Glad you guys like the new animations. Lots of sweat and endless nights came into their designs and boy the shell reloads were the bitches that failed to yield!
Oh no. These animations and models all look wonderful, but that scout rifle sure does look like a sniper rifle. Looking at it makes me feel like 1.08 will be another scout whoring paradise. (Made even worse that they can now sabatoge as well as pick off any infantry from clear across any map.) Somebody please give me some good news about this.
321 buckshot shells? Dayum. EDIT: Well, with only being able to do 60 damage with THAT reloading animation, they better be a good shot :p
i would really like the scout rifle to have a LONG reload, as in, 5 or 6 seconds. perhaps audibly, it'd eject each spent shell case or something out the bottom. that would justify having a sniper, as players could judge when the shots had been fired and push up during the break. like when an engineer places a turret, you have a few seconds to close him down before it starts shooting you.
the damage per bullet on the scout is very low, the ROF is very low (its bolt action) and you loose your spot after every shot. It is, however, pin point acurecte and head shots do double damage I think. I've rather enjoyed playing with it in tests.
no, i precisely DON'T want another AWP! so long long reload, and low damage per shot (so it takes 2 - 3 shots for a kill) would be good.
When i used it i couldn't hit Bodrick, so i used my pistol instead, AKA if the target knows you targeting him you're not killing him easily.
IMHO that's retarded: either long reload + insta kill (maybe only after headshots) or fast reload + little damage.
