indeed this fixed it. EDIT: they appear slightly darker for me too, reminds me of the oooold IE bug where images copied with it got darker and darker every time
Preferences have darker background though. Darker than posts background. If thats what you mean. There might also be a bit of compressing on your screenshots though For example, your screenshot of the post editing thing, looks exactly the same as the original non screenshot. Atleast on my screen. EDIT: except a tiny bit pixelated, because of compression, which might also give a bit of feeling that its saturated. But for example the background color matches exactly the real one, on my screen. If it looks different for you, it might have something to do with something thats rendering pictures for you, like browser or graphic card, Iam guessing.
maybe its the snipping tool idk maybe its just the first time i notice? im using chrome and a gtx970 (though i dont think its related to the card)
Strange. Its definitely only something that renders your pictures. Maybe try another browser to see if its browser related or "global". Or maybe you use some color profile for monitor or something in that way. Or see this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/...ging-colors-of-my-images-why-how-to-stop-that While "FF 3.5+ that has color correction default enabled. (about:config "gfx.color_management.mode=2")" No idea if this can somehow be enabled or "fixed" in Chrome.
so like... the falling snow is gone but, the piles of snow, the santa hat, and the berry stuff is still there.
Maybe try this: http://www.canonrumors.com/forum/index.php?topic=26839.0 Snow needs to melt down...its still pretty cold here
yeah i already googled that when you posted that other link about color profiles. doesnt do anything sadly :\
