radar turrets

put turrets on the radar to make it more difficult to ninja it and also much more rewarding, also it lets victory radars be cooler and more viable

maybe give it the ability to have 2 level 1 ml and 2 level 1 mg in a 2pi radian angle around it, and if you go inside and hit a button then the turrents get disabled, the turrets stay online if its sabbed because anybody can hit the button, so the scout might as well hit it anyways
