I already explained why we only measure fighting skills (your Empires skill level in FNz) when we had a server to do 1v1s. It is very difficult to measure leadership skills, etc. at a given moment. Since losing our server, we are only recruiting based on one's gameplay over time from our specialized society scouts. To rid biases, we look at multiple dimensions (communication, score, gameplay etc.) to justify invitation. Simply being "good" & being in someone's clan does not count. We are using the highest standards to avoid dilemmas with players that are "subpar to FN".
You're making the assumption that simply trying WILL get you invited. Also, if we invited noobs, then you would have got an invitation already. ... I don't see you on our roster...

We will invite those we find have proven themselves worthy to be in the society. If you have to ask, you are not HFNS material.

With a recent Steam release and the increase popularity of the Empires mod, it would only make sense that the number of exceptional veterans has increase in the past year. This is why the High-FN Society has begun inviting influential and talented members of the community into the society again. With a member list of less than a dozen elite players since last year, the goal is to see if there are enough excellent players in the community to double this society.
