The way that achievement is written, it could be accomplished with any vehicle, not just the CV. (Though, maybe it should be called 'The Hobbes Effect'.)
Solution: Add to all commander achievements: "And proceed to win that round." If your commander puts you back so far because of his actions, he won't get the achievement.

Please, no achievements that involve very stupid actions like stacking, suiciding or fucking up research. And for the point-achievements: No absurdly large sums like 1 million points. No one with a life will ever achieve that. 1000-5000 is enough I think, considering that those count only for a certain class. Also, remove the sniper-achievement. We already have too many noob-scouts ingame who do nothing but trying to be a wannabe-sniper. Not to mention that it is time to finally get rid of that piece of a shit-rifle.
We need to have achievements for tutorial level completion (getting to sandbox) and listening to all the speech bubbles. It would be helpful to encourage that sorta thing.
i only voted for tutorial acheivements. if you let any of these dumbass ideas in (and 90% of them are dumbass ideas, the other 10% being stupid and exploitable), you will get useless achivement text spam and players not playing for their team.
I want a "kill 3, 4 and 5" people at once with the mortar archivement and a "kill someone with an rpg while hes in the air" archivement"
Please don't add negative achievements, those are just annoying (eg "get killed by xyz"). Prefer to see achievements that actually are not too easy / just farming, but actually fit into the gameplay. EDIT: I'll post my achievement ideas here as well as well in the thingy.
Are you certain about archievements? Archievements tend to break the game more than help it (unless you want to get the attention of archievement whores). Some of omega's propositions for example: meleewhore, better than wasting money would have a negative impact on the game (rushing like an asshole hoping to get a m kill, wasting alot of time in vf) Also, omega , the "kill the tank after it squished you" - "from beyond the treads" or "revenge of the red paste"
I want a coherent art style and I dont want to have to worry about copyright. I think I have two people who can draw the icons (with tablet etc.). If more people are interested in drawing icons they are of course welcome but lets talk first.
On the other hand, they can be used to measure your progress, like stats. Unless you have some sort of psychotic compulsion to have 100% completion with all achievements, in which case...
Actually, meleewhore achievement is intended to encourage a different style of play, I don't see how changing your loadout instead of buying a new tank has a bad effect on the game [Though maybe it should have more conditions, eg, change your loadout 25 times and kill an enemy with the new loadout.
