Everytime I drive a vehicle it starts lagging, idk why but as it happens, I can't drive straight or turn right and if im not careful, ill commit suicide from the lag. When I'm out of a vehicle as an infantry, the lag rate is good sometimes it lags a bit but its not laggin when im out a vehicle. The weird thing is my ping when im laggin in a vehicle is still low, below 100. Why is this?
I think it could be a problem of not-updating-your-computer. And give your keyboard a few good shakes, you could have a jammed/stuck key.
PC info? Connection speed? Ping? Loss or choke? Any loss or choke will severly lag you if it's inconsistant.
My keyboard has very easy to click keys... My comp is good... NVIDIA 9800 GT 512 MB DDR Memory 3 GB of RAM AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 2.01 GHz Connection Speed 54 MBPS, today 36 cuz its being gey Ping is around 100-200 The lag only happens while im driving a vehicle, but when im out its smooth. Basically, while im trying to drive sometimes, the vehicle doesn't move, 3-5 seconds later, i teleported a some... but this can be a problem cuz i almost drove off a cliff or into the water from this. As an infantry, its not problem
you are lagging everywhere, but you are only feeling the lag when your movement is dependent upon server response.
Also vehicle lag comes more from server than from you. If server's CPU usage is maxed out, which normally happens when there are more than 20 vehicles on a server, this will create so called vehicle lag because server has to take care and calculate so many orders for so many vehicles. Play on a better server and try to get less chokes and losses. Should fix it all.
That definitely isn't due to lag in the connection. I play with 430 ping all the time and my problem with vehicles merely involves terrible response time. It takes around a second for the vehicle to move when I press a key, but I don't teleport at all. My best guess is it has to do with your graphics. Maybe you should try playing with all the lowest Graphics settings. It probably won't work, but you have nothing to lose by trying.
