Howdy y'all. I getting serious crap from TF2 at the moment, it just won't start. If I double click on TF2 it starts loading then just stops, hl2.exe starts in task manager then closes itself. I hear the noise of gametracker starting and then the noise of it stopping straight away. Things I've tried: Deleting the blob file. Re-downloading the bin folder. Reinstalling the entire game. Reinstalling ALL of Steam (losing all my other games in the process.)[/li] I've googled and googled and found nothing; help me Empires community, you're my only hope.
Force your resolution in launch options, and try other shit in the launch options. I think there's an autoconfig one, but check the valve wiki. It should end up like -windowed -noborder -w 1440 -h 768 -autoconfig autoconfig is probably not the correct term but you get the idea, and you obviously set the resolution to whatever.
