How To Setup A Webserver FOR HOME and files

    1) Download XAMPP . use the control pannel to turn on apache server
    2) COPY ALL YOU BZ2 only files and make diretry like the empires on dedi box for example C:\Users\\Desktop\Empires Dedicated Server\empires\maps is my dedi box
    then you put the empires\maps in C:\xampp\htdocs\
    3) so now its will have all files like C:\xampp\htdocs\empires\maps etc bz2 only
