targetting the big guns first is not always the best strategy it all depends on amounts of total hull and amount of recovery
defences hit by missles should not rebuild also, it is, since bunkers consist of shitload of missles and light lasers, and a bunch of g's and p's. bump i just failed to attack an unprotected planet it seems like attacker looses everytime in the first round, no matter the def's ships or turrets also the probes and ds's are the only ships that can fly more than a planet away

Learn to read please, I have said that enough times now. You aren't even the only person I am attacking. Metal Smith when you get a chance, since your battle sheets should complete, post our battle data. From my attacks I would greatly assume that is not just a defense issue. I have fought people who have just all ships and attacked with wave after wave of deathstars (since they are the only ships that can attack right now). And was loser first round for 6 times.
When I send my fleet to a planet, They are instagibbed. It says the fleet was defeated in the first round, even with 200 DS's vs 2000 heavy fighters. Mind you, the only way I can attack is by sending espionage probes with my DS's. Also, that's the only ship combo that seems to be able to attack. That's the gist of it. I have about 10 of these reports, all stating the same thing.
This seems to be an error in how it calculates distance between planets, as 1 colony ship should not have to take 4 million deut to move 1 planet over in the same solar system. On the same note, My shields were never damaged, so I won I suppose, though in the end I had no way to stop you from attacking, so it was a draw.
