Their productivity suites, operating systems and application/messaging systems integrate really well and are easy to work with and are really feature rich. I wish they would stop dragging their core products in hope of chasing that iPhone and gaming money. They should just stick to what they are good at. I have to say, I like this windows phone alot but after some time spent with it - there are some glaring problems with it, like search features are terrible, can't search music tracks by name, wut.

It is really interesting that the new Xbox and the Playstation 4 have almost the same internals. That will make the usual development for both consoles much cheaper. Both have AMD-Jaguar octacores but the PS 4 has significantly more memory bandwidth. Together with the online requirements of the Xbox one, the PS4 looks like the clear winner, if both devices are priced similarly.
I wonder where they got that info. Everyone knew it was going to be an eight core jaguar, I just didn't know if it was official yet.
BTW my 4 year old PC has 16GB of RAM. It's so cheap that I bought it few months ago to make Chrome run nicely. 8GB for a new console that is yet to ship sounds pathetic.
For the Xbox, it's sixteen times more than what it had in the last gen. Considering that system debuted about eight years ago, it's doubling every two years. I don't know if ram follows Moore's law, but in this case, it did. What more can you ask?
