Why isn't empires dead yet?

    I stopped playing like a year ago when my gaming computer quit working. I just got it back up and it seems like empires has hardly changed for good or bad. I'd say its like its stuck on life support, but its really just in limbo.

    I've been playing a lot lately. Err. Sitting in spec trying to fill up EPIC and when it is full, I'm always unable to play because of some twat in my household torrenting.
