Just a guess, but to me it looks like robotic arms from a automotive production line. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgOL5KtY3nI

Seems to have arms above and below, judging by the scale I'm guessing it could be some kind of treatment or paint.

 

It is definitely the NF aircraft factory.

Likewise, the google search in the bottom of the bar has gotta be "energy saving for aircraft", so its got to be something aircraft related.

Stiring false hope though by showing this :p

 

I always assumed I'd build aircraft by building walls up until I could get onto the roof of the repair pad. That way, only skilled players could get them. Amirite

Is it:

• a giant spider?
• a VF model with building animation?
• a people-factory?
• is that thing in the upper middle part of an elevator?
  

 

I think its part of the repair pad. those are the arms that preform repairs. but they move so fast that you cant see them fixing your tank.

Reminds me of a CGI intro for an old game Warzone 2100. Had these metal arms welding the turret to the body of a tank. Ahh nice memories of a classic game... So maybe a new factory or repair pad?

I almost posted renders but it's not done. At 3 million polys it's getting hard to work on.

 

Looks like a vehicle factory.

Although why the entrance appears to have the crenellated sort of stonework you would normally see on the corner of an old house I don't know.

Especially as it has what seems like a truss at the top, which suggests it has a metal roof?

 

It must be a barrack that is not down yet.
