turret behavior

    I dont know how difficult it would be to code, but I think it might add a lot to the feeling of the game.

    Instead of the turrets just doing a continues line of fire they could have different ways of engaging. like lvl 1 could do burst fire and lvl2 could be a bit faster (maybe with a different sound). Then lvl 3 could do bursts from left and right side MG to form a continuous line of fire. I think it would make the sound of them more tolerable in the long run.

    As in Natural Selection? I don't know about you but I find the turret sounds in NS pretty buggy when 5 or more are firing at once.

    .... well I never played Natural Selection.

    I was thinking more like the sound of the GDI guard towers in the original C&C. truly awesome. So when it fires it will blast like 15 shots no matter what. If it begins it doesn't just stop. Therefore you dont need to repeat the same sound 15 times, but just use one burst sound....... maybe ?
