The first one is still ok, but the second one takes all that was great about the first one and improves it. I think that's why I love it so much. I watched the first one again before I went to see the new one, and I'm always reminded how much I forget all of the slow and boring parts in the first one and just remember all of the good parts.

It's good. The soundtrack is truly amazing, and the computer animated objects are spectacular. Shows how much technology has progressed.

In terms of storylines, it's a bit predictable and skips over parts where there's obviously something missing, but it's alright. The story doesn't make it a good movie however - the action does.

 

I thought Tron Legacy was one of the most horrid movie I have seen. Full of plot holes and lack of common sense.

i hate most electronica, and i hated avatar.

welp doesnt sound like the movie for me.

 

Avatar was ripoff of Nausicaa.

 

It was basically Pocahontas in space.

Or the discovery of America.

 

I really liked Tron 2. The first vidya game i made was a Lightbikes clone, so the whole lightbike scene was purely fantastic.

The movie in 3D was spectacular. Usually 3d gives me a headache (and the previews sure did), but the movie in general didn't beat you in the face with 3d, it enhanced the picture...and I appreciated it.

 

It sounds like you don't know how to enjoy a movie. You seriously expected common sense about a movie where people go into the computer? There's nothing "common" about that to have common sense.

 

how can everyone know about the leaked OS?? literally within 30 seconds after being uploaded?

how can the dood learn this disc throwing and lightcycles so fast?

how can the badguys enter an area that, earlier in the film, suggested that the bad guys cannot enter?

@_@.. its just things i also like to nip pick for a movie. spoony.

perhaps i dont know how to enjoy a movie.. but i do enjoy finding stuff wrong with the movie. its like a challenge. by understanding the holes, you can better understand the movie.

Cycles is easy, did you see him escape the police in the begining of the film?

they flew. You can't drive off grid, but you can fly. They didn't know where to go.

 

disc throwing is easy man

you got the disc and the throwing and the person and you throw it.

 

so i just seen the movie
well its not bad as a movie itsself
but it could have been better as a tron sequel

what i was missing are those interpretations of some computer related stuff
like maybe email programs carrying messages around or stuff like that
