Tanks are expensive. Everything in war is expensive. But when the country with the mech sees the bill on a merely severed joint, that country will weep money.

I imagine that mechs would only see use as small exo suits for heavy lifting and carrying stuff around. Similar to that thing in Aliens. Probably would be used for moving rubble after earthquakes or something. Chances are eventually someone would have the idea of strapping guns onto one but I really doubt there will ever be anything similar to the mechs in the mechwarrior games.

The person that said something about computers-- have you ever heard about RISC?

They're up to what, RISC4 now? about 50 times as powerful as the best gaming desktop at the moment. (not used for games though)

UNLESS... one day (in the next month or so) we discover an inexpensive, super-powerful, easy to shape material... and we shall call it...
    GUNDANIUM!!!
And it will be the basis of all of our Zoids, Gundams, Battle Bots, Evangelions, Mobile Suits...

Not to mention the Leos, Zakus, Goufs (GOUF CUSTOM W/ HEAT SWORD FTW!), Doms, Gelgoogs, GM's, the Guncannon's, RX-75 - Guntanks, and not to forget the Rb-79 Ball!

Did I mention I liked Gundam Wing and every series, plus I have the action figures and models? And the games?

When you say "G-Wing", do you mean Gundam Wing, or G-Wing, or even Mobile Suit Gundam? They can all be diffrent things based on translations and crosses between the series.

    Zoids was cool ;D

Ah, you enjoy what was the basis of MANY American Gundam Faboy's love/obsession with Gundam, as this was the one that came on Cartoon Network. I don't know if they show Endless Waltz anymore, but my friend has the DVD :D

I liked those suits that one girl used in Endless Waltz, that were more mass-produced and had 2 Mini-Guns, like a classic Heavy Arms but like dark green and had a Triangle-shaped head kind of...

    What's Pazner?

I forgot to mention that I also own a sort of comic series, like 3 of them, that aren't neccesairly mangas. More like full-color comics based off of the TV show, with either hand-drawn stuff or just screens from the series.

I personally like those old C&C Tiberian Sun Attack Cycles. Fast, easy to steer, all terrain and armed with rapid rocket launchers.

I have it. People say it sucks, but as for an actual game, it's not that bad. I still play Skirmish on it today.

I bet the Bikes in Generals could beat your attack cycles Sliff :D
I can put terrorists on mine!

Oh and you want a large download? Try LOTR: BFME2, I did, and I'm pretty sure it was around 8-9 gigs. 2 DvD's. Or 1 Dual Layer I guess.
