switch empires units to metric units

    I can switch the speed counter to metric. But source engine has this horrible abomination called units, there is no way around it.

    the speed counter should be fine since it only displays integers, so the conversion from units can't be that bad.

    yes done will be in the next version, including an option to choose imperial if you are a legacy fag.
