When I say at least 60% of MEG hasn't played empires lately, I am not exaggerating. You will find about 10 members make up those numbers. Maybe we'll kick inactives from the steam group and you'll see what I'm talking about.
exactly, ent, even though it has been around a lil while, has recently doubled its size recruiting recently active players. Look at these numbers after six months then see what's up. These averages are dubious. Grant please remove the paracox from your mouth for now. PS I'm in Birmingham Alabama right now of all places. Teams are assigned by captains choosing their player alright. In what order do they pick? (numbers representing captain of respective number) 1;2;3;4;1;2;3;4;1;2;3;4;1;2;3;4;......? because it would be fairer if the last captain can pick first in the 2nd round of picking 1;2;3;4;4;3;2;1;1;2;3;4;4;3;2;1;..... Let me explain: Assuming the players are objectively possible to be ordered by skill and all the captains know of that order, the first captain will in case 1 get the players on position 1+4*n of the skill list (1st; 5th; 9th;....) whilst the last captain would get players 4*n (4th; 8th; 12th;....) so comparing each best player and 2nd best and so on of each team with each other; captain one would get the overall best team, whilst captain 4 would get the worst. In case 2 captains would have a more homogen division of the skill.
You forget that there is no fucking way of sorting players like that. Also, you assumed that captains would choose from the best to the worst, thats impossible.
It may be impossible because it is very subjective but it is still a REASONABLE assumption. I think all of the captains know most of the potential picks. Yeah, we decided we will be using that latter system Sprayer. Please don't provide any proof... I'm on vacation from discrete math
