suggestion: let's sticky all the suggestions

    clearly not enough suggestions have been stickied. I move that we just sticky them all. because there's totally not an 'organize stuff' thread already.

    The organize thread will not help people know what suggestions are being considered unless we color code/comment them and expect everyone to sift through 13 pages of posts.
