A simple plugin that executes a search on the Empires Wiki and opens it in the Steam Browser. Players simply type !wiki <search> or just !wiki would lead them to the main page.
Just reading that its not possible to open steam browser or steam overlay anyhow from serverside or plugins. So it would have to go over ingame motd. Unless some hacky way, or something done to the clients, or their steam.
