Honestly speaking, I feel that for anything you make to be of great use, you're going to need to texture it up. How is the learning off Dizzyone going?

The arches on bottom look great for BE. They are more industrial and blocky. They may need to be taller, but it's hard to say without seeing them in game.

The other ones have a decent arch I could see as a piece of NF architechure, but the walls would need something like a decorative and repetitive feature every so many units along the wall.

Another note, I was looking through an architecture book I have, and I saw something that the watch tower you made reminded me of. It's a Slovenian Linked Hayrack or Toplar.

Anyhow, I love that bottom set of walls. It just looks right for the imperials. The bottom set just need something. Either some sort of repeating crest or firing slits or something. Either practical or decorative.

This isn't so simple but it would be a thing to test your skills on and looks pretty cool.

See if you can make physics props.

    Polylimit for the ruined building?

Also do you want it made in seperate pieces for the physics engine, is that the idea?

I'll keep making stuff... firing holes in some walls, etc. The big gate thing isn't done, I was gonna add some stairs that led up to the two side towers.

sounds good. That sand building he posted would be better done as a brush and displacement piece by the mapper though.

No real poly count on the building tbh. Something relatively simple, but nice looking. The walls I took a screen shot of I made into 4 pieces using the proper tool for hammer, but it's limited to very simple shapes. one section took 3 models.

    generic statue

It's a quick smooth model, un-smoothed version is very similar.

    will keep working on it.

The plinth isn't really neccessary since we (mappers) can make that kinda stuff outta brushwork.

How about like chunks of rubble that can be used as cover? Or really anything that can be used as cover on maps that disallow walls.

Do you play this game at all cahemdue.. Maybe you can play and see what you would think is needed.

Why does it have an attic?

Generally you stick a tin pyramid roof on towers like that and slope it slightly to keep the rain off, you don't install a hay loft.
