Ah yeah, I guess they could rig up something for server side cosmetics. In a game with no sv_pure. Honestly that's a rather solid chunk of dev time which could be used for game improvements. Don't lie paradox you just want to get rid of that title you have. I don't know why though, it's a great title and a super unique one at that. Though I would love the title "CAPTAIN ASSHOLE", once someone said it I became rather fond of it.

If it promotes more donations, then it might be a good thing. More advertising then. More advertising means more players, more players means more possible donators/devs, more devs means better updates, more donators means more ads.

A forum title of "Patreon Supporter" or somesuch for the 1$ tier (or 5$ or even more I dunno) is a few minutes of work and a monthly iphone reminder to make sure the list is up to date. Super easy to do and with minimal effort.
Yes, it's probably a damn good idea to add forum titles, because then there's a clear presence on the forum of the fact that players are paying for the servers, and that you could be too. Yarg, I wanted to check out code stuff now that we've got our shiny fast git LFS set up; I do think it will take me an hour one-time, plus 5 minutes every week and then I'll get yelled at for the two being inconsistent at some point in the future. But still, a good idea to do.
