    it hasnt worked for awhile. neither does the current players menu in the overlay

    It just started doing that to me, after it kicked me from server saying it can't connect to vac server.

    idk empires is the only game i need it for and so far it only didnt work when it didnt work for anyone (this one patch where it was broken for a day or two)

    It sensitive, you need to play with it.
    Sometimes I have to keep refreshing for the servers to re-appear.

    Usually depends if steam is hiccuping or not.
    Or as sitka calls it.
