It would make the Scout be everywhere. Think about it. This turns the Scout into a suicide trooper. Crazy hide melee shenanigans, crazy killspawn deploys left and right, etc. But, if you switch classes it consumes a ticket.
You could restrict all classes to certain weapons, like pistols only, when there are no tickets left. There could also be a way of getting tickets back by, for example, capturing a certain location or building on the map. Taking the players who used a ticket to respawn and are still alive who then change class/loadout at an armory or barracks after running out of tickets into account might be complicated to implement though. Not sure how or even if at all that would fit into gameplay though, let alone thinking of how this would kinda remove the point of sudden death. But then again, this would allow players to keep playing after tickets ran out, especially players joining a game at its later stage.
