Sabatoging the commander would make the command vehicle unable to move for a period of time. Possibly overheating it. Possible period of time 30 seconds. Giving enough time for teammates to rush the commander and win the game. The repair by engineers, as same as the buildings, would stop this effect, if not repaired it would simply run the time out and heal itself instantly. Discuss.
Not sure that would be too helpful considering most of the time if you get that close as scout, you're not going to have anyone else around to finish the job in 30 seconds. If it were unable to move for as long as it were sabotaged then sure. Though I would like to see something like the commander view or GUI being all screwed up or something
Yea for some reason I thought it necessary to eliminate the purple smoke for the command vehicle and replace it with a time limit. But as long as there is a signal to the team that their commander vehicle has been sabatoge it would work to keep it disabled until it has been repaired. Interesting.
I wish we could sabotage turrets. Also, I think sabotaging the armory should allow the opposite team to use it. And for another thing, I'm going to use this thread to shamelessly promote my own scout sabotage suggestion. :D
I bet you want to be able to sabotage turrets and get them to shoot its own team. That would just be too evil.
Its not that evil What is that the turrets overload after a few mins and blow up taking everything in the blast area with it
Grendiers should be able to cloak. With 8 mines, its the ultimate way to sabotage the commander.:D MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Engies need assault rifles, scouts need rocket launchers, riflemen need a mowtar, and grenadiers need at LEAST an SMG. Sure. lol

I also enjoy roadkilling. It's especially useful on escort near last flag but one. 99% of the time if I can't kill something with my HE (in med not arty ) I can drive over it. :>>> (2-3 road kills at one tank life)
Scout turret hack as a skill: once hacked, the turret would have no FF (friend or foe) recognition, and would shoot anyone. The only way to actually hack the turret though is to stand on top of it uncloaked , which means uncloaking infront/behind it and getting shot. this would mean that once hacked, the scout still has a turret trying to kill him/her. Turret farms would not be a hacking option, as the scout would get shot to death by other turrets. and other I suddenly forgot because some idiot just did something stupid. for commander hack, maybe make it randomly change the function of commander HUD buttons, and keys. Like zoom becomes rotate, the VF button makes radars, etc.
I guess you didn't read that, as hide would hardly be effective the way i described it. when you climb on the turret, you get shot to death, when you hack the turret, it still wants to kill you, it just kills the team that built it as a bonus, and in order to even get near the turret hiding, you need to have hide, since I suggested this as a skill. Also, since the scout has to unhide while hacking (hide should be disabled while hacking period IMO), its an easy target for other turrets, players, or tanks.
Killx, your idea is silly. What if a Turret just stopped working? Shouldn't the concussion grenades do this anyways?
