Ok this seems really nit picky but people have been complaining to weathysoup about it. The amount of time between the CV dying and the map changing is longer than it used to be. So wealthysoup looked through the console and found this command: Code: "mp_bonusroundtime" = "15" min. 5.000000 max. 15.000000 client replicated - Time after round win until round restarts But if I try this on the server it says Unknown command "mp_bonusroundtime". So, is this command actually supposed to be the amount of time after the game is over before the map changes and is it supposed to work?
I think this is more of a HL2 Deathmatch or similar command but I've looked and can't find any Empires specific Cvar. A few people have been complaining about the length of time after round end
Maybe we should tell them to be more patient. I think it's only like 10 seconds longer than it used to be.....
Longer? Not two days ago, the map was over before i was able to type "gg" in chat after the usual "boom". The "talk"time seemed very inconsistent after the new port. One time it seemed normal, other times it was super short.
Can't find anything like emp_talktime in the server console. Also can anyone else confirm the round end time is inconsistent?
Had another look at commands today. I believe it is mp_chattime (default of 20s)* *Trickster still thinks theres an emp_ command for this but I haven't been able to find anything along those lines
Just tested mp_chattime and it does affect the end of round time but the actual amount of time is double what ever you set that cvar to.
