Took a bit longer because I was scooped up to play some L4D but here it is. I actually made only some cosmetical changes. I guess I like the M1 loading mechanism mixed with the luger firing mechanism so much. (Or I just didn't feel enough creative. ) Anyway, here it is: I made the iron sight correct height (thus making it better looking), adjusted the support so you can keep your arms a bit more straight, I moved the fire mode switch closer to your right hand's thumb so you can change the fire mode on the fly without taking your hand off the gun, I smoothed the spikes out becase I felt like they are going to cause you more harm than good when you for example fall over with your gun and your hand slips. Nice wounds you got there then. I also made the front handle more sturdy because I assumed here that it isn't free flopping handle like on some uzis or other guns but it would move only that position and back so it would take less space when transporting and shipping those guns. That way the gun should be more accurate too.
Redesign your ammunition. That's about how big a 12 gauge shotgun shell is. In your picture, the shells are about the size of a 9 mm, which means that the only thing they can hold inside is birdshot. For more details on the construction of the shotgun shell, here you go:
