I crossed it out because I was wrong but didn't want to make it seem like I was trying to hide my mistake. When Dev said he wasn't happy with the res income, I automatically assumed he meant you guys didn't have enough, so I went off ranting about how we tried to make sure you didn't have enough. Then Dev later told me that he thought you guys had too much res for the amount of refs, which made that entire part of my post pretty dumb. I just didn't want to remove it and make it look like I was trying to hide my mistake, so I just struck it off and added the edit below. I edited it like an hour after the initial post so people had already seen it.
I don't know what made Dev think that though. For most part of the game we have ref advantage. But that's mainly based on map control, nothing fancy.
No, he said they had too many resources. He said that in the first game with nearly the same amount of refs as they had in the second game, they were able to pump out 2-3 times as many tanks. We think it might have been due to dropping below the player multiplier threshold, as that 2nd game had 2 less players, dropping us to 38, when the resources go up every 20 (so the next boundary was 40, which were the numbers we had in the first game).
