Resourse's on hold

    i was wondering if it would be a good suggestion to have the res on hold until 2+ players start a game. ive jumped into empty servers where 20000 res was added up from inactivity..

    The whole system needs to run differently with 2 or so people... Its just not possible sometimes (which is why I always see the Offical server empty and stuck onf District 402)

    i say add that and min of ready time for the server to fill with ppl from last map.

    if there are less than 5 players in the server buildings shoud be spauned 75% builded
